You may request a reservation for event/meeting space at Central Connecticut State University online using VirtualEMS.  Faculty/Staff, please log in with your CCSU Email/Password under Welcome Guest above. Once you are logged in, select book now to begin creating your reservation.

If you are an external CCSU guest looking to reserve space, please contact the CRO office by email ([email protected]) or phone (860-832-1964). Please also visit required documents to review the list of documents required for all external clients.



NOTES:


Making a REQUEST does not guarantee that your space is reserved.

- You must receive notice from a CRO Event Coordinator that your request has been moved to a Pending or Confirmed status before you continue planning your meeting/program.- Events listed on any of the following pages may not be in a confirmed status. Some events may be listed that are currently in a holding/pending/conflict status.
- Reservations must be sponsored by (being paid for by) the University department or student organization that you are requesting access to book on behalf of.
- If you are a student organization, no requests for space should be made through VirtualEMS. Event requests must be submitted through Club Central, which will initiate the reservation of campus space, if approved by your SA/LD program advisor.

If you would like to stop by, the Central Reservations Office is located in the Student Center, Room 115. In-person meetings are recommended to be scheduled by appointment.
